Introduction
Herne Bay East Beach is a stretch of shingle beach running from The Neptunes Arm Pier along to Beltinge Bay beach and is backed by a promenade and partly by the green grassed slopes of Beacon Hill coastal Park.
Nearest refreshment and toilet facilities are in Herne Bay centre and The Kings Hall but once past here you would need to head to Reculver.
Parking available in the Pay and Display car park at the Neptunes Arm and along the road in Central Parade.
Best time to visit is low tide so check tide times before you set off.
Dog friendly beach all year round.

- Dogs allowed off lead but this beach is close to a busy road so caution advised if you do let them off.
