Beltinge Bay is located between Herne Bay East Beach and Reculver Beach and is a long section shingle beach partly backed by a wide concrete promenade and the green grassy slopes of Beacon Hill Coastal Park. This beach is widely thought to be one of most popular locations in the UK for collecting sharks teeth and fossils.
Nearest refreshment and toilet facilities are in Herne Bay centre and The Kings Hall but once past here you would need to head to Reculver.
Free parking available along Beacon Hill Road or the pay and display car parks in Reculver Drive.
Best time to visit is low tide so check tide times before you set off.
Dog friendly beach all year round.
