Introduction
Deal Beach is one of only two beaches in Kent that hosts a pier that also has a cafe at the end. It has a long pebble beach and promenade that runs the length of Deal town centre where you can find a selection of cafes, shops and restaurants.
Toilets available at the end of the pier, in South Street and King Street.
Free parking if you park along the sea front slightly out of the town centre towards Walmer.
During the summer months no dogs are allowed on the beach between Deal Castle and Sandown Castle between 9am and 6pm. Dogs are however allowed on the pier and promenade all year round.
