Introduction
Saltdean Beach is a large shingle beach backed by chalk cliffs and a cafe plus further back the Saltdean Lido.
The beach is split into three sections with the section to the west / left of the Lido tunnel being dog friendly with no restrictions.
Cafe and Public toilets available on the cliff behind the beach.
Two hours free parking is available in the car parks off Saltdean Park Road where you can also find The Saltdean Tavern
