Introduction
Lydden Temple Ewell National Nature Reserve is made up of chalk downland located on a south facing slope. Footpaths are unsurfaced and can be steep uneven and slippery in places. At certain times of the year animals are left to graze the land so dogs should be kept under control during these times.
Free parking is available in the small car park behind the houses opposite the junction for High Street.

- Moderate - A walk with some hilly sections and some uneven pathways
- Depends on the route you take around the reserve but our walk was around 3.75km
- Depends on the route taken but allow around an hour to explore fully.
- The reserve is set on the side of a hill so some steep paths up to the top where it then flattens out.
- Unfortunately there are no accessible hard surfaced pathways at this location.
- No Stiles but some kissing gates.
- Dogs allowed off lead.
- Dog bins available
- Free parking is available in the small car park behind the houses opposite the junction for High Street.
- No public toilets available.
