Introduction
The Flitch Way is a former railway line that stretches for 15 miles through flat, traffic free and beautiful Essex countryside. The pathways are fairly straight and well surfaced so ideal for dog walking and you can join at any point along the 15 mile stretch between Braintree and Bishops Stortford.
Main facilities are at Rayne Station (see location map below) and parking can be found at various points along the route.
