Botany Bay is famous for its amazing white cliffs and chalk stacks and huge sandy beach with rock pools at low tide. At high tide the beach is still a decent size but the shape of the beach means the ends do get cut off so please be aware of the tides when you visit.
The clifftop has a large grassed area with surfaced wheel chair accessible pathways. Public toilets are seasonal but facilities are available at the Botany Bay Hotel if your planning on stopping for some refreshments and it is also dog friendly. Refreshment kiosk also available on the beach during the summer months.
No dogs allowed on the beach between 10am and 6pm from 1st May to 30th September.
Free parking available along Palm Bay and then a short walk to Botany Bay if the small car park at the end of Botany road is full.
