Introduction
Leysdown Beach is located over in the east of the Isle of Sheppy and has long been a popular seaside town with plenty of holiday parks, amusement arcades, shops and fish and chips.
The beach is a long stretch of coarse sand and partly backed by a wide promenade.
Public toilets are located along Grove Avenue near the beach and there is lots cafes and takeaways available for refreshments around Leysdown.
Pay and Display parking available in the car park located behind Jimmy G's amusements in The Promenade.
Dogs are not allowed on this beach from 1st May until 30th September.
