Introduction
Earnse Bay Beach is a great dog friendly beach all year round and also popular spot for wind surfing and kitesurfing. Located on the west coast and to the north of Walney Island this bay is a large pebble beach at high tide but at low tide a great expanse of sand emerges and is great for a dog walk.
Free parking is available in the West Shore Car Park with public toilets and the surf shack cafe or you can also park at the end of Sandy Gap Lane and walk along Sandy Gap beach or the grass bank to Earnse Bay Beach for a longer walk.
