Thornton Reservoir

Thornton Reservoir is owned by Severn Trent Water and opened to the public back in 1997.  There is a 2.5 mile circular pathway around the reservoir with level access and is a great route for dog walkers, cyclists and wheelchair users.  There are also other trails that take you around the woodland where you will find sculptures reflecting the reservoir's bird life.

Free car park available off Reservoir Road and cafe kiosk and toilets avilable a short walk away in the anglers car park.

Dogs are asked to be kept on leads.
