    Introduction

    Hornchurch Country Park is 257 acre site created from a landfill site in 1980 and sits next to Ingrebourne Valley Nature Reserve with its visitors centre and cafe. A 4km surfaced pathway runs around the site with a number of informal pathways to also explore.  A popular dog walking location.

    • The Ingrebourne Valley Greenway is a 4km hardened pathway which is suitable bicycles, pushchairs and wheelchairs.
    • Dogs allowed off lead.
    • Dog bins available
    • Pay and Display car park available off Squadrons Approach.
    • Toilets available in the visitors centre
    • Cafe available in the visitors centre but sadly dogs are not allowed inside.
