Introduction
Grove Ferry Picnic Site is set on the banks of the Great Stour River and gets it's name from the hand drawn ferry that once crossed the water. The site is fairly flat and there are a couple of circular walks that lead out from the car park and has a large field for a bit of ball throwing.
Mobile cafe or the large pub are available for refreshments and can be found next to the car park.
A nice place for a dog walk and picnic in the summer.
