A great find, and so close to home! This country park was enjoyed by dogs and grandchildren. The paths are well looked after and easily accessible. Lots of history there also. The car park appeared to be free which is a bonus. I will definitely be going back to explore further. Thank you outwiththedog

Love your site ❤️. I am not keen on driving but your site gives the location, where to park, if there are toilets or cafes nearby which takes the anxiety out of worrying where to park etc. I am working my way through the different places near to me and finding some great places to walk with my dog. I have so many places bookmarked through OWTD. I have been to some beautiful places through your site, keep up the good work in finding all these hidden gems. I tell everyone to go onto OWTD whether they have a dog or not as the walks are beautiful and you always tell us where to park which is really helpful too. Also the cafes you tell us about, more bookmarks 😂. You can tell I am on here a lot 😂.
